My home warranty set me up with Grogan and I had never heard of this company before. I am so glad they did. I was told two days to install a complete new unit. Well the first day this amazing crew stayed in to the evening to get me up and running as it was 105 in July to make sure I would have AC that night. They completed the rest the following day. We had Emmanuel come and do our winter and summer tune ups. He is always professional and explains things very well. Grogan Mechanical was assigned to us by our home warranty company (Fidelity). The office staff is very helpful and friendly. Emmanuel always calls before arriving to make sure we are home and I feel like he goes above and beyond. He has a great recollection of our house and what he had done the previous season to our unit. I recommend Grogan to all and request Emmanuel when I get our unit serviced.
